What You’ll Do

1. Respond quickly and professionally to Zillow buyer inquiries
2. Convert online leads into appointments and closed transactions
3. Host and represent the brokerage at a model home
4. Provide exceptional client service from first contact to closing
5. Work collaboratively with the broker and team to grow your business

What We’re Looking For

1. Active Florida Real Estate License
2. Strong communication and follow-up skills
3. Comfortable working Zillow leads and in-person buyers
4. Self-motivated, professional, and coachable
5. Weekend availability for model home coverage (schedule rotation)
