IT Field Service Technician
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Rate: $22.00/HR W2, plus travel expenses
Hours: M-F, 9am-6pm, On-call rotation
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Description:
We are hiring a Field Tech to cover service calls to local clients in Orlando and the southern suburbs.
- Hardware Break Fix work
- Must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)
- Technician will travel to each location on route
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
- Works under general supervision
Qualifications:
- Must live within 20 miles of the 32819 zip code
- A+ Certification
- Experience supporting Desktops, Laptops, Printers, POS machine
- 3 years plus with customer service experience
- Reliable Transportation (This is a driving position – reimbursed accordingly)
- Personable as they will be interacting with a wide range of users and environments
- Can lift up to 50lbs
