Take the lead on critical software projects that shape how luxury air travel operates.
At Magnifica Air, you’ll manage the implementation of complex third-party systems that keep our business running smoothly - from reservations and maintenance to crew management, finance, and compliance. You’ll gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level platforms, building your expertise in SaaS integrations, APIs, and multi-vendor coordination.

What you’ll do
Lead full lifecycle project management for software implementations—from contract kickoff through deployment, testing, and operational handover.
Coordinate across internal teams (IT, Operations, Finance, Flight Ops, Customer Experience, and more) and external vendors to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and proactively address risks or blockers. Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity and timelines.
Guide cross-functional teams through system configuration, integration testing, and user acceptance phases. Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and performance metrics.
Act as the primary liaison between our company and vendor project teams to maintain accountability and ensure successful system rollout and adoption.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; PMP certification strongly preferred.
5–10 years of experience managing complex software implementation projects, ideally in aviation, transportation, hospitality, or a regulated industry.
Strong understanding of SaaS platform integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows. Proven success leading multi-vendor projects and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
