A day in the life:
Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.
Responsibilities
- Operate and control main freight elevators
- Coordinates loading and unloading of freight to ensure proper and reliable handling and delivery
- Provide general maintenance and elevator assistance
- Perform all tasks in a safe manner
- Communicate with supervisor, maintaining an open relationship
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Performs routine maintenance tasks
- Respond to special requests throughout the day
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of (1) year commercial cleaning experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must be willing to work assigned hours
- Requires constant standing/walking; frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds
