We are seeking a versatile Marine Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair high-performance watercraft. This role requires a blend of traditional automotive-style engine diagnostics with specialized marine skills including DC electrical systems, precision rigging, and composite/installer of electronic navigational system, marine audio equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring vessels are sea-worthy, aesthetically sound, and technically advanced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical & Powertrain: * Perform diagnostics and repairs on inboard/outboard engines (gas and diesel).

- Service cooling systems, fuel systems, and drive units (stern drives, transmissions).
- Apply automotive principles to marine-specific challenges like heat exchangers and raw water pumps.
- Electrical & Electronics:

- Design and install complex NMEA 2000 networks and marine electronics (GPS, Radar, Autopilot).
- Troubleshoot 12V/24V DC systems.
- Custom wiring for lighting, audio, and bilge management.
- Rigging & Hardware:

- Install and tuning rigging, winches, and deck hardware.
- Set up steering cables, hydraulic lines, and throttle controls.
