We are seeking a versatile Marine Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair high-performance watercraft. This role requires a blend of traditional automotive-style engine diagnostics with specialized marine skills including DC electrical systems, precision rigging, and composite/installer of electronic navigational system, marine audio equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring vessels are sea-worthy, aesthetically sound, and technically advanced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mechanical & Powertrain: * Perform diagnostics and repairs on inboard/outboard engines (gas and diesel).
    • Service cooling systems, fuel systems, and drive units (stern drives, transmissions).
    • Apply automotive principles to marine-specific challenges like heat exchangers and raw water pumps.
  • Electrical & Electronics:
    • Design and install complex NMEA 2000 networks and marine electronics (GPS, Radar, Autopilot).
    • Troubleshoot 12V/24V DC systems.
    • Custom wiring for lighting, audio, and bilge management.
  • Rigging & Hardware:
    • Install and tuning rigging, winches, and deck hardware.
    • Set up steering cables, hydraulic lines, and throttle controls.
