Project Manager for a mid-size firm, with over 250 employees. Projects run 10 million to 100 million, jobs located Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando. Looking for BS degree in construction management or related field. Experience 3-7 years as Project Manager. Schools, multifamily, Parks, and more for this General Contractor, 2nd generation firm, and employee stock ownership firm.
Must have excellent computer skills, organized, with CM@risk, Word, and other software.
Also, Need, Project Managers and superintendents for large Multi- Family projects builder located in Miami and South Ft Lauderdale with lots of work, Lots of Work!!! He is eager to hire. Salaries are open Depending on Experience. Owner easy to talk to and has open door policy.
