Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Device Assembler to join our team. This role is responsible for the precise assembly of medical devices or components in a cleanroom or controlled environment, ensuring all products meet stringent quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble medical device components using hand tools, microscopes, and semi-automated equipment

  • Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures in compliance with FDA, ISO, and company quality standards

  • Operate the laser marking machine by placing parts for marking and inspecting the finished parts for accuracy and quality

  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure parts and products meet all specifications

  • Record production data, including quantities, measurements, and batch numbers

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following cleanroom protocols

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and resolve any issues

  • Report any defects, deviations, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly

  • Assist in onboarding and training of new team members as needed

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in medical device assembly or manufacturing preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

  • Ability to work under a microscope and handle small components

  • Comfortable following strict procedures and documentation requirements

  • Familiarity with cleanroom environments and safety protocols a plus

  • Good communication skills and a team-player mindset



Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
