Compensation: $38.52 – $53.70/hr (Experience-based)

Key Leadership Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Maintain 24/7 accountability for departmental operations, ensuring seamless patient throughput and safety.

Team Development: Lead and mentor a dedicated nursing staff, championing a culture of continuous learning and professional advancement.

Strategic Staffing: Mastermind unit scheduling and coordination to ensure optimal coverage and high-quality care delivery.

Regulatory Stewardship: Collaborate with executive leadership to meet organizational goals and maintain rigorous regulatory compliance.

Clinical Oversight: Act as the primary point of clinical escalation, ensuring that patient care services align with hospital benchmarks.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (Charge Nurse, CNC, or Nurse Manager) in an acute care setting required.

Licensure: Active Florida RN license or recognized Multistate Compact license.

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).

Certifications: BLS and ACLS required (must be active or obtained within 30 days of hire).

Pay Details: $38.52 to $53.70 per hour
