Location: Atlantis, FL

Schedule: Full-Time | Days (No Weekends!)

Compensation: $38.52 – $53.70/hr (Experience-based)

Incentives: Sign-on Bonus (Case-by-Case)

Key Leadership Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain 24/7 accountability for departmental operations, ensuring seamless patient throughput and safety.

  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a dedicated nursing staff, championing a culture of continuous learning and professional advancement.

  • Strategic Staffing: Mastermind unit scheduling and coordination to ensure optimal coverage and high-quality care delivery.

  • Regulatory Stewardship: Collaborate with executive leadership to meet organizational goals and maintain rigorous regulatory compliance.

  • Clinical Oversight: Act as the primary point of clinical escalation, ensuring that patient care services align with hospital benchmarks.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (Charge Nurse, CNC, or Nurse Manager) in an acute care setting required.

  • Licensure: Active Florida RN license or recognized Multistate Compact license.

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).

  • Certifications: BLS and ACLS required (must be active or obtained within 30 days of hire).

Pay Details: $38.52 to $53.70 per hour
