Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Attorney with 3 + years of experience in both commercial and residential transactions to join our client's growing practice.
Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing documents
- Negotiate and draft commercial loan documents for real estate finance and related transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers
- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
- Collaborate with clients, brokers, lenders, and other attorneys to ensure smooth transactions
- Represent clients in negotiations and closings
- Negotiate and draft commercial loan documents for real estate finance and related transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers
- Commercial leasing experience
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic reputation
- Member in good standing of Florida Bar
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional work
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
