Schedules That Fit Your Life
Choose the shifts that work best for you, here are some examples:
Morning shifts: 8am12pm, 9am1pm, 10am2pm
Short or split shifts: 23 hours (AM or PM)
Standard shifts: 46 hours
Extended shifts: 712 hours (day or overnight)
Private duty schedules vary based on client needs.
Caregiver Responsibilities
Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
Provide medication reminders and monitor for changes
Prepare meals and assist with eating
Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
Companionship and meaningful engagement
Documentation using the WellSky app
Transportation for errands or appointments
What Were Looking For
Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
AHCA Level 2 background screening/fingerprinting (or willingness to complete)
Current CPR certification (in-person; available through our office for $50, valid for 2 years)
TB test/lab work for TB within 6 months or chest X-ray within 5 years
Strong communication skills, reliability, and professionalism
