Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details

We’re seeking a Superintendent with a deep background in MEP coordination and field execution. This role will lead day-to-day construction activities, subcontractor management, QA/QC, safety, and closeout for projects with complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes.

Ideal candidates have:

• Strong hands-on experience with MEP systems on commercial builds
• Ability to manage sequencing, commissioning, and systems turnover
• Proven ability to coordinate with design teams, inspectors, and owners
• Strong leadership and communication skills
