Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and check them in for appointments.
- Manage appointment bookings and handle scheduling changes.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with product sales and provide information to clients.
- Keep the reception area organized and tidy.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in multitasking and managing time effectively.
- Experience in a salon or customer service role preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking software.
Availability:
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation:**
- Competitive hourly rate, plus commissions on product sales.
