Objective

Tropical Escape Vacation Homes is a leading vacation home rental and property management company in the Disney area seeking an Experienced Guest Service and Reservations Concierge that will aid the company in the daily operations of the Guest Services and Reservations Department by providing excellence service and helping create an exceptional experience for all guests and has a true passion for Guest Services and creating a great vacation experience.

This is an in-office position and is currently a seasonal summer season.

Duties and responsibilities

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work calls and emails from guests regarding their stay pre, during, and post arrival
• Handle guest issue escalations and resolutions via phone call and email
• Cover After-Hours calls related to Guest Services and Reservation Emergencies
• Must be able to multi-task and be comfortable working with guests on multiple levels.
• Strong Decision-making skills
• Enter work orders and assign to Field Technicians
• Assist Executive Team with projects
• Create and book Reservations via emails, calls, or other inquiry methods (you will be offered commission on any retail bookings that you make)
• Provide guests a VIP experience from booking to departure.
