The Property Maintenance Specialist is responsible for performing general maintenance, repair, and minor improvement tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of our five office locations across Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin counties. This role requires a versatile, reliable, and self-motivated individual who can handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.
The experience you will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass Level 2 background screening
- Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman work
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
