Enhancement & Installation Projects
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 + Performance Bonuses
Rockaway, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Foreman to lead enhancement and installation projects. This is a mid-level foreman role focused on executing high-quality landscape work while supervising a small crew and supporting Project Managers in the field.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and direct a landscape crew on enhancement and installation projects

Ensure proper installation of softscape and hardscape elements

Maintain jobsite organization, safety standards, and quality control

Communicate daily progress and field needs with the Project Manager

Assist with layout of landscape designs and execution per plans

Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly handled and stored

Complete required paperwork including time tracking and job reports

Support efficient workflow and timely project completion
Qualifications

3–5 years of landscape industry experience, preferably in installation or enhancements

Experience with softscape; hardscape experience preferred

Basic irrigation knowledge a plus

Ability to lead a crew and follow project direction closely

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor

Bilingual a plus but not required
