Job Description

Job Title: Experienced Embroidery Machine Operator

Location: 1470 N Homestead Blvd 3 days a week and 2 days 8235 S Dixie Hwy
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating embroidery machines, knowledge of machine maintenance, and expertise in proper hooping techniques. This position is essential to ensuring the quality and efficiency of our embroidery production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality stitching and timely completion of orders.
Perform regular maintenance on the embroidery machines, troubleshooting minor issues, and coordinating with technicians when needed.
Set up machines, load designs, and select proper threads and materials for each project.
Ensure proper hooping techniques to guarantee the best results for each garment.
Follow instructions and ensure designs are executed according to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an embroidery machine operator.
Strong knowledge of embroidery machine operation and maintenance.
Proficient in hooping techniques and garment handling.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work 40 hours a week across two locations 1470 N Homestead Blvd 3 days a week and 2 days at 8235 S Dixie Hwy

Preferred Skills (but not required):

Experience with [Ricoma machine brand, Chroma software, or other relevant tools].
