Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT team as an Entry-Level IT Helpdesk / Equipment Facilitator. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology who is looking to start or grow their career in IT support. You will provide basic technical assistance to staff, help manage IT equipment, and play a key role in keeping our systems and users running smoothly. Full training and mentoring will be provided.

In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of computers, laptops, and common software (Windows, macOS, Office 365).
  • A willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-service mindset and ability to work with users of all technical levels.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework (CompTIA A+, IT support courses) a plus.
  • Previous internship, volunteer, or personal experience with IT support or hardware setup. Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems, preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, routers, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to basic IT support requests via email, chat, or in person.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining user workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Help manage the check-in/check-out process for company equipment.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and hardware configuration.
  • Keep records of equipment inventory and ensure devices are tracked and stored correctly. Support and test implementation of a new asset tracking system (if deployed).
  • Log issues and solutions in the helpdesk ticketing system (JIRA).
  • Maintain tidiness and organization of IT storage areas.
  • Provide friendly and helpful support to employees across the organization.
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior team members as needed.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
