Property Management
- Perform property walkthroughs and inspections across multiple homes.
- Maintain detailed logs and updates
- Identify maintenance needs, repairs, and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend projects that enhance property value and client satisfaction.
- Discuss home improvement investments confidently with clients.
Project Coordination & Vendor Management
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors for repairs and projects.
- Obtain quotes, secure client approvals, and manage timelines.
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Client Relations & Business Operations
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and operations.
- Deliver a luxury service experience and handle client concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with operations/bookkeeping for accurate invoicing.
- Identify and present upsell opportunities that benefit clients.

Professional Skills
- Experience in property management, construction, or related field preferred.

- Budget-conscious with understanding of project costs.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Independent, self-starter mindset while staying connected to the team.
Preferred Experience
- Background in residential construction or property management.
- Proven ability to deliver high-touch, luxury client experiences.
- Track record of identifying and closing upsell opportunities.
- Leadership experience managing small teams.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
