What you can expect as a Project Manager II:

  • Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Lead project meetings, ensuring progress, dependencies, and risks are effectively tracked.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans; track financial performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and resolve conflicts.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Facilitate change management and ensure adherence to governance standards.
  • Contribute to PMO process improvement initiatives and best practices.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.


What we are looking for as a Project Manager II:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification preferred.
  • 3–5 years of project management experience in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Advanced communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
