Mobile Staff Solutions is currently hiring for an experienced & reliable structural steel Fitter/Fabricator for our client in the Tampa area.
This is a temp to perm position with excellent benefits and bonus packages once full time with our client. Pay depends on experience.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Welding: MIG welding-3 years, preferred minimum 1 year REQUIRED
- 3 year's experience working in a steel/metal shop
- Must be able to read tape measure & blueprints
- High School diploma or equivalent
MUST HAVES / SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ETC:
- Must be able to accurately use torch and laser
- Must have experience with shaping and bending material
- Weld and tack structural steel (MIG Welding)
- Experience with metal fab equipment including: overhead cranes, grinders, band saws, iron workers, drills
- Must have good math skills
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to layout and plan sequence of projects
- Ability to concentrate on a task
- Complete projects with minimal supervision.
