We’re a fast-paced, highly skilled team of artisans who take pride in beautiful craftsmanship, seamless details, and engineering-forward solutions. If you love creating elevated, tailor-made soft goods and want to be part of a supportive, detail-obsessed team—this is the place.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Soft Goods Seamstress who can confidently fabricate a full range of custom products from start to finish, with exceptional precision and artistry. This is not an entry-level role—ideal for someone who brings deep industry knowledge, strong independent work skills, and a passion for delivering top-quality pieces every single time.

Responsibilities

You must be confident producing all custom soft-goods styles, including:

  • Pillows (all styles, knife-edge, piping, decorative trim, invisible zippers, etc.)
  • Cushions (box-edge, outdoor, complex pattern match, etc.)
  • Coverlets & Duvets (with fitted corners, or without, etc)
  • Bed Skirts / Dust Skirts (gathered, tailored, or other)
  • Valances (tailored, relaxed roman, soft valance styles, swags, etc.)
  • Cornices (straight, shaped, detailed, etc.)

Applicants must be able to:

  • Cut, sew, and finish each product from beginning to end, independently
  • Confidently work with trims, tapes & other decorative details
  • Sew invisible zippers, create your own patterns, and match complex repeats
  • Read work orders accurately and interpret dimensions and concept photos
  • Maintain impeccable attention to detail and consistent quality
  • Work independently while remaining teachable and taking instruction from management

Requirements

  • Fully experienced with a proven workroom background—must be able to step into the team with confidence
  • Strong understanding of soft-goods construction, patterning, cutting, and finishing
  • Comfortable interpreting designer concepts and turning them into beautifully executed pieces
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering flawless quality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • English required; Spanish is a plus
  • Must be reliable, teachable, and positive
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US!

Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Overtime: Opportunities available during peak seasons
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience
