The Opportunity

Were looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist to be the warm, welcoming first point of contact for our leads and clients. This is a fully in-office position. Youll serve as both receptionist and intake coordinator, ensuring every caller and visitor is treated like family. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has excellent customer service skills, and exudes warmth and empathy in every interaction.


What You'll Do

  • Answer all incoming calls and greet in-office visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Conduct client intakes and schedule consultations for qualified leads
  • Route calls to appropriate team members efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain accurate records of all inquiries and interactions in our systems
  • Create a seamless and welcoming experience for every individual who contacts or visits our firm
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed


What We're Looking For

Required (Non-Negotiable):

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • In-office availability (this role is 100% onsite)
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a naturally kind, empathetic demeanor


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a legal office or professional services environment
  • Prior experience in intake, receptionist, or administrative support roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software/systems


Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: Starting at $45,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
  • Time Off:
  • 5 days PTO per year
  • 2 paid sick days
  • Paid holidays, including:
  • Christmas Day through New Years Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday after Thanksgiving
  • One religious holiday of your choice (e.g., Good Friday, Yom Kippur)
  • If the 4th of July falls on a weekend, the day is unpaid
  • No PTO or paid sick leave during the 90-day probationary period. Prorated PTO will be calculated after successful completion of the probationary period.

  • Profit Sharing: If the team hits the monthly revenue goal, a bonus is shared equally among all team members
