Title: Distribution Engineer
Location: North Fort Myers, FL
Hire Type: Contract to hire
Compensation: $25-32/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of overhead and underground electrical distribution systems
• Develop design drawings, calculations, and project documentation using established design specifications and tools
• Collect and incorporate accurate field data into engineering designs
• Participate in site visits and meetings with clients, customers, and construction crews to support project progression
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to address design questions and ensure constructability
• Support storm restoration activities as needed, including damage assessment efforts
• Adhere to company, client, and industry standards and safety requirements

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a 4-year ABET-accredited program
