Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic for our Naples location to ensure our luxury fleet operates flawlessly. The ideal candidate is a detail-orientated, self motivated professional with experience in diesel/gas engines, A/C systems, and fleet maintenance. If you take pride in precision work and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on luxury sedans, coaches and commercial vehicles.
- Conduct brake inspections, A/C servicing, DOT annuals, electrical/wiring repairs and PM services
- Utilize computer diagnostics (experience preferred)
- Maintain OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance and uphold strict safety/cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with management to optimize shop tools and workflows
Qualifications:
- 3-4+years hands on mechanic experience (luxury/fleet vehicles a plus)
- Driver's License required CDL (A/B) highly preferred
- Strong teamwork, communication and problem solving skills
- Flexibility for occasional overtime during peak demand
