Salary: $150k-$250k

Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Represent management in labor and employment litigation matters
  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
  • Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk management
  • Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys across multiple jurisdictions
  • Stay current on legal developments and contribute to thought leadership


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of litigation experience
  • Labor and employment law experience strongly preferred
  • Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
  • Commitment to client service and professional growth
