Description: KEVILLE ENTERPRISES, INC., a WBE/DBE Certified Construction Management and Inspection firm specializing in providing a full spectrum of construction management and support services as an owner's representative on public and private projects has an immediate need for a qualified full time Project Communications Coordinator to work in Jacksonville, FL. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day activities related to JEA's Septic Tank Phase Out (STPO) Program communication strategy to proactively create public awareness of the program and foster positive customer engagement and good will in the community around specific JEA utility services, projects and/or programs.

DUTIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Building trust with strategic community stakeholder groups as well as customers and the general public.
Research and resolution of customer and community issues and inquiries.
Supports JEA and City of Jacksonville (COJ) process owners regarding impacts of timely complaint resolution and offers suggestions for process improvements and or recommendations.
Scheduling and tracking in-person meetings and reviewing program documents with eligible property owners within the Septic Tank Phase Out Program.
Researches, investigates, gathers, and compiles information from multiple sources to assist the Project Outreach (PO) department with STPO program and communication efforts between JEA and the community.
Monitors and maintains information related to the STPO program and Project Outreach area in customer information system databases (SharePoint).
Provides weekly and monthly reports required for STPO program outreach activities.
Files and retrieves records and/or information using manual and/or electronic filing systems.
Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service in responding to customer inquiries, problems and complaints received by telephone or in writing concerning issues in the Project Outreach area as assigned by PO Coordinator or Manager.
Provides Notary service for all required documents (Notary training provided by JEA if needed).
Responds to customer questions about completed, on-going and future projects by identifying the nature of the inquiry and determining the appropriate course of action.
Responsible for updating STPO program website information and verbiage as required as assigned by PO Coordinator or Manager.
Update and create reports using Excel and SharePoint programs as required in support of PO Manager and Coordinators.
Perform tasks associated with the communication of STPO projects to the general public, as assigned. Communication assignments may include, but are not limited to, creation and mailing of letters, post cards, delivery of flyers, and assistance with neighborhood associations or Town Hall meetings.
Perform tasks associated with STPO project team, Commercial services, Account Executives as assigned by PO Coordinator or Manager.
Must be available for assignments outside of regular working hours (before 8 am, after 5 pm, on weekends, on holidays, etc.) as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 Year Degree (In Communications or related field preferred)
4 year degree preferred
3+ years of similar experience providing project communication services preferred.
Three or more years customer service and administrative experience in a professional services industry will be considered.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a detail-oriented, high-volume environment with changing priorities.
Proactive in resolving conflicts while maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers.
Operates standard office equipment and uses required software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Access.
Work may frequently include in-person customer meetings, delivery of flyers or project site visits that may require prolonged walking.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Perform basic mathematical calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percentages, and dollar values, as required.
OTHER: Employees assigned to driving duties ("drivers") must at all times have a current, valid driver's license in which the employee performs his or her driving duties and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with Keville's driving policy.
