Key Qualifications
- This job is an onsite at our work location
· Demonstrated experience delivering Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP) development and support
· Demonstrated experience delivering Samsung Knox Enrollment (KME) program development and support
· Understanding of Enterprise Mobility Security and Windows Server design, configuration and administration
· System (hardware) and application (software) installation and configuration
· Mobile Device Management Certifications preferred
· System security and monitoring using installed tools as well as external tools
Experience with configuration, troubleshooting and maintaining virtual and cloud environments
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities
- Unpack appropriate customer hardware and software.
- Install each at default or to custom specifications.
- Test configured systems for appropriate functioning and troubleshoot issues.
- Complete all required documentation in Salesforce for record-keeping and asset management.
- Follow customer mobile device hardware and software specifications based on instructions supplied.
- Comply with departmental training certification requirements (ISO)
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning units using efficient problem-solving techniques and departmental procedures.
- Work with leads on difficult to solve problems or configurations.
- Kitting of customer devices
Education
- High School or equivalent minimum; college graduate, technical school with relevant degree preferred
