Remote Litigation Associate - Trial & Defense (3+ Years Experience)
A dynamic Trial & Defense team is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate with approximately 3 years of experience to join a fastpaced, supportive, and collaborative practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, handson litigation experience, and the flexibility of a fully remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct indepth legal research
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Interview clients, witnesses, and individuals involved in accidents
- Communicate case status and strategy directly with clients
- Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys on a range of matters, including:
- General liability
- Premises liability
- Negligent security
- Wrongful death
- Construction claims
- Automotive accidents
- Property damage
- Highexposure product liability litigation
What We're Looking For
- Licensed to practice in Florida
- Strong academic background
- Prior litigation experience
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong timemanagement skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive problemsolver who can identify issues quickly
