Job Duties:
Managing Reception Area: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and manage appointment scheduling using the practice management software. Ensure a welcoming and organized front desk area.
Patient Check-In and Check-Out: Oversee the check-in process, verify patient information, insurance details, and collect co-pays or payments as needed. Coordinate patient check-out, schedule follow-up appointments, and handle billing inquiries.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing patient records, updating patient demographics, and maintaining accurate medical records
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Ensure a positive patient experience throughout their visit.
Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned, such as assisting with marketing initiatives, coordinating patient education seminars, or supporting other departments as needed.
