Scooter's Fish House in Navarre, FL is looking for one fish cutter / seafood prep to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 1968 Hwy 87. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

• Once off training you'll have a set schedule, we'll always ask before switching your shift with different days.

Responsibilities

• Break down & Cut Fish efficiently while producing a consistently high yield.
• Fish includes Mahi, Amberjack, Grouper, Snapper, Mullet, Catfish, Flounder, Cobia, Swordfish & More.
• Keep up with set Pars, and adjust based on the season.
• Prep other items such as Shrimp, Oysters, Calamari, SoftShell & More.
• Maintain a very clean work environment

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in Fish Cutting on a commercial level (2+ Years Preferred)
• Punctuality
