Job DescriptionSalary: $18.00-$25.00
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver daily lessons aligned with grade-level standards for ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies across Grades 35.
- Design differentiated instruction to accommodate multiple learning levels within one classroom.
- Integrate project-based learning, technology tools, and hands-on activities to enrich the learning experience.
- Develop and implement daily schedules and classroom routines that balance whole-group, small-group, and individualized instruction.
- Conduct regular student assessments (formative and summative) and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom culture where students feel respected and valued.
- Support social-emotional learning, character development, and positive behavior through daily guidance and reinforcement.
- Maintain accurate records for attendance, grades, and student progress reports.
- Communicate effectively and consistently with parents and school staff regarding student performance and classroom updates.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as scheduled.
- Supervise students during lunch, recess, transitions, and dismissal as part of daily duties.
- Other duties as needed.
