DeBoer Propane is a family-owned company serving homes and businesses throughout the Florida Keys. We’re looking for a skilled, customer-focused Appliance Service Technician to install, service, and repair propane appliances and equipment.

What You’ll Do
- Install, service, and repair propane appliances (water heaters, ranges, dryers, pool heaters, generators, etc.)
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and safety checks on gas systems
- Conduct leak tests, pressure checks, and equipment inspections
- Assist with tank installations or connections when needed
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Collaborate with the delivery team and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Experience repairing or servicing appliances, HVAC equipment, or propane systems
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfort working outdoors and in customer homes
- Safety-minded, dependable, and customer-oriented
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with propane systems or gas-fired appliances
- CETP certification
- HVAC background, electrical knowledge, or technical schooling
- Familiarity with the Florida Keys service area
