Talent Consultants is in search of a motivated and skilled Personal Injury Associate Litigator to join our growing legal team. This position is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about litigation and ready to handle a diverse caseload, including personal injury, wrongful death, and other general litigation matters. As a Personal Attorney Associate Litigator, you will be responsible for managing cases from initial consultation through resolution while providing exceptional legal representation for our clients. You will collaborate closely with senior attorneys, conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, and represent clients in court. Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury and general litigation matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents as required.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients’ best interests at every stage of the litigation process.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about their cases.
  • Work collaboratively with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and enhance your skills.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and legal trends impacting personal injury litigation.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with in Florida state bar.
  • 3-7 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury and general litigation.
  • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in trial preparation and courtroom experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
