Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a comprehensive school district in Port Charlotte, FL. This is a contract position lasting the current school year, with an in-person work setting, providing hands-on support to a diverse student population.

Responsibilities include conducting speech and language assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy services, collaborating with educators and families, and documenting student progress effectively. The role demands a proactive approach to addressing communication disorders and supporting students academic and social development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLP certification or licensure applicable to the state of Florida
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
• Ability to implement evidence-based intervention strategies
• Commitment to in-person service delivery and full district coverage
