Job Title: Legal Administrative AssistantLocation: Miami, FL 33131Job Type: Direct Hire – 100% OnsitePay Rate: $20–$22/hour

Overview:A well-established legal firm in the heart of downtown Miami is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite direct hire opportunity offering a professional work environment and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
  • Draft, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate court filings and deadlines
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
  • Assist with billing, timekeeping, and expense tracking
  • Conduct basic legal research and document retrieval
  • Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal administrative or legal assistant role
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and document formatting standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; legal certification or training preferred



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
