Job Description:
Dolly Monroe Beauty Academy is seeking a dynamic well rounded esthetics educator to combine their passion for the esthetics and beauty industry with expertise and experience to deliver an energetic education experience.
Directly located off of Cross Creek in New Tampa, we have an extremely busy facility. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years experience in the beauty industry as a licensed professional. This position provides an already established schedule that is extremely fast-paced.
We are looking for a theory educator to efficiently and effectively help facilitate the students core theory understanding and knowledge before entering the student clinic. We are looking for an applicant who can provide insight to real world experiences in the industry, is proficient in time and classroom management, can lead while maintaining an energetic and welcoming environment, develop curriculum and support the growth of the students and an outstanding student experience. Must have an outgoing personality and be willing to go above and beyond for the students of DMBA.

Responsibilities:
Job expectations include:
- Manage and maintain compliance with Federal, State, and accreditation laws, rules, and regulations regarding education
- Instruct, Lead, Inspire, and Educate future industry professionals to become licensed estheticians and makeup artist
- Enter grades, attendance, assignments, student occurrences into the student information system
- Maintain a professional, clean, and orderly classroom at all times as outlined in the DMBA policies
- Send end of day emails to management and students
- Maintain and be an example of all school policies and procedures
- Complete required trainings
- Provide an energetic wow experience to the students of DMBA
- Track and analyze classroom feedback data through student completed weekly surveys
- Be an advocate for students/staff in effort to support an innovative approach to education
- Attend and actively participate in all weekly staff meetings
- Attend, participate, setup, and clean up for Student Graduations
- Upkeep all licensure requirements pertaining to employment
Outcomes:
- A Minimum of 8/10 student ratings for all courses
- Maintain student gpa of at least 85%
- Maintain student attendance
- Communicate with Management when supplies and support are needed to elevate the student experience
- Make the student experience your number one priority
Assist students in being the best estheticians they can be by instilling the required knowledge necessary for success in the beauty industry
