Overview

Our client, a leading energy company in the utility sector, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their Special Projects organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a project coordinator with 0-5 years of experience to work on impactful projects within the power generation division of a Fortune 500 energy leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist lead Project Managers with project execution and delivery
• Interface with diverse stakeholders across multiple disciplines and departments
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination activities
• Assist with project documentation, reporting, and communication processes
• Collaborate with construction and renewable energy project teams
• Monitor project progress and help identify potential risks or issues
• Facilitate meetings and maintain project communication channels
• Support compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience in project management or coordination
• Background in construction/renewables industry preferred
• Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Must be able to work onsite - no remote work options
