Total Electric is a leading electrical and construction contractor serving the commercial, industrial, and residential projects. With active projects across Southwest Florida, we are known for delivering high-quality work with a focus on safety.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead electrical and construction projects. This role requires a collaborative leader who works closely with field personnel, estimator, and operations management to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee all phases of construction and electrical projects

· Coordinate daily with project foremen, superintendents, and field crews to ensure work is progressing safely and on schedule

· Collaborate with the estimating team on bids, budgets, and project planning

· Partner with operations management to align project goals with company strategy and resources

· Monitor costs, schedules, materials, and labor for efficiency and profitability

· Manage client communications, job meetings, and project updates

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations

· Handle all required project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeouts

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of project management experience in electrical contracting

· Strong background in large-scale commercial projects

· Effective communicator and team leader with experience managing foremen and field teams

· Proficient in construction management software and scheduling tools

· Experience working with estimating and operations departments

· Willingness to travel to project sites throughout Southwest Florida

· OSHA 30 Certification
