Job Title: Cart Driver – Patient Transportation
Location: Memorial 24/7 Urgent Care – Pembroke Pines, FL
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Fusion Parking is seeking a dependable Cart Driver to safely transport patients and visitors between the parking areas and main urgent care facility using a golf cart vehicle at the Memorial 24/7 Urgent Care in Pembroke Pines, FL. In this role, you are often the first and last point of contact for patients — providing exceptional service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Responsibilities
- Operate a golf cart safely and responsibly to transport patients and visitors to and from designated parking areas and the urgent care entrance.
- Greet patients/visitors with courtesy, help them enter and exit the cart, and offer assistance as needed.
- Follow established routes and safety procedures at all times.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding traffic flow, patient needs, or issues encountered during shifts.
- Maintain the golf cart’s cleanliness and report any mechanical or safety issues.
- Assist with other light guest services tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to assist patients in and out of the golf cart safely, including those with mobility challenges.
- Comfortable operating a golf cart in a busy environment and following safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
