Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Transactional Attorney to join and help lead our Asset Protection team. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with a strong background in transactional law, business structures, and estate planning, who is ready to take ownership of complex cases and mentor junior attorneys. Responsibilities include managing high-net-worth client relationships, overseeing legal strategy and implementation, and contributing to the continuous development of firm processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead attorney on complex asset protection matters, from planning through implementation.
• Provide expert legal advice on transactional matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, contracts, and transactions.
• Develop and implement asset protection strategies to safeguard clients' wealth and investments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Work closely with other attorneys and staff members to ensure comprehensive legal services.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals, fostering skill development and maintaining high standards of legal work
• Stay up-to-date on evolving laws and trends in asset protection, estate planning, and corporate structuring to ensure cutting-edge legal strategies
• Support business development through client relationship management, professional networking, and occasional speaking engagements or content contribution

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida State Bar or eligibility to become a member.
• Strong understanding of business law, contract law is required.
• Strong understanding in asset protection strategies is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional drafting sills and strong attention to detail in preparing legal documents.
• Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
