Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks across a 200+ unit property
- Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor and team to ensure efficient operations
- Address resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property inspections
Qualifications
- 1+ years of residential maintenance experience (senior living or hotels considered)
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
