Looking for person to monitor 2 small parks. You would be responsible for minor upkeep, keep rules enforced, monitor water quality, read meters etc.
Please be okay with this only being a few hours a month.
Payment is through Zelle and a 1099

Must have reliable transportation.
$35/hour
Most task can be done any time convenient, so very fixed schedule, but some things are urgent like a water leak etc.
