At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of 170+ units in Miami, FL.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on property manager who thrives in a multi-site environment and enjoys the variety of traveling between properties. You'll work directly with ownership in a flat organizational structure where communication flows freely and your voice is heard. With strong occupancy momentum and a small, dedicated team to support, the right candidate will have the autonomy to drive results while being backed by responsive leadership that values real-world expertise over resume fluff.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across 170+ units in 4 buildings within a 7-mile radius
- Travel regularly between properties for leasing activities and monthly inspections
- Manage property financials and work toward KPI-based performance goals
- Lead and support a team including maintenance staff, cleaners, and concierge
- Execute lease-up initiatives and maintain strong occupancy across the portfolio
Qualifications
- 5+ years of property management experience
- Strong leasing background with experience in lease-up environments
- Proficiency with BlueMoon and RealPage software
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Ability to travel regularly between properties in the Miami area
