Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team. The PCA will provide quality in-home care and support to clients who need assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to helping others maintain independence and dignity. Responsibilities:

<li>Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting </li>
<li>Provide mobility support and safe transfer assistance </li>
<li>Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed </li>
<li>Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying, etc.) </li>
<li>Remind clients to take medications (no medication administration) </li>
<li>Offer companionship and emotional support </li>
<li>Follow care plans and document services provided </li>
<li>Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients </li>
<li>Report any changes in the clients condition to the supervisor </li>
