Job Overview
The Front Desk / Administrative Assistant is responsible for greeting visitors, supporting tenants, assisting property management, and keeping the office tidy and running smoothly. This is a customer-facing role that requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
Daily Duties:
Welcome visitors, tenants, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
Assist tenants with questions, or minor requests
Maintain organized office files, logs, and documentation
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Support property management team with scheduling, paperwork, and communication
Monitor front desk area and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Assist with special events and seasonal projects as needed
Perform general administrative tasks (copying, scanning, data entry, etc.)
Qualifications
Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
Excellent communication
Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and basic computer tasks
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
Comfortable interacting with tenants, customers, and contractors
