1. Crew Leaders - Experienced Crew Leaders earn up to $18.00 an hour to start.

• Must have experience operating all power equipment and mowers used to maintain properties. Experience pulling trailers a must.
• Strong Leadership and Excellent Communication Skills.
• Friendly and professional manner when dealing with clients.
• Ability to pay attention to details.
• Must be willing to work weekends if needed.

Landscape / Grounds Technicians

• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• We prefer our new hires to have experience using outdoor power equipment and mowers.
• We also understand that teamwork makes the dream work! We are willing to train the right person even if they lack some of the experience we require.

Pay rates are decided based on your previous experience in the Lawn and Landscape Service industry.
