You already feel at home in smoke shops.
You have real, firsthand experience with smoke shop products, vape devices, glass, or cannabis-adjacent items. You understand quality, styles, and customer preferences — and you speak from experience, not scripts.
You enjoy the industry.
You naturally follow new vape products, smoke shop trends, and innovations. When you walk into a shop, you notice product mix, layout, and quality.
You’re good with people.
You enjoy helping customers choose the right products by listening, educating, and recommending — not pushing sales.
You respect compliance.
You understand boundaries, age requirements, and regulations. You don’t exaggerate effects or mislead customers. Professionalism matters here.
