Hi, I’m Luke, the operator of Jersey Mike’s Team Mirasol in Palm Beach Gardens.
We are building a high-performance, growth-focused team, and we are hiring Shift Leaders who want more than just a job. This role is for people who want to grow quickly, earn more money, and become elite operators and leaders in a best-in-class Jersey Mike’s.
Pay & Earning Potential
Shift Leaders earn:
- $20/hr base pay
- Plus approximately $5-$7/hr in tips
Tips are not guaranteed and can vary by shift, volume, and performance.
Strong performers who execute at a high level are prioritized for hours, growth, and advancement.
What You’ll Do
Shift Leaders are responsible for running the shift and setting the standard in three core areas: cleanliness, operations, and hospitality.
Each shift is led by one Shift Leader, responsible for supervising 2-6 crew members on their shift.
You will:
- Lead either an opening, mid, or closing shift
- Execute daily cleanliness, operational, and hospitality standards
- Hold crew members accountable to doing things the right way
- Coach and support the team throughout the shift
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and taken care of
- Lead by example and maintain control of the shift from start to finish
This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility.

Path A - Jersey Mike’s Leadership Track

You will always know what the next step is and what it takes to get there.
Path B - Venture LAS Group Leadership Track
For team members who want opportunities beyond the restaurant.
After becoming a strong Assistant Manager or General Manager, you may pursue leadership opportunities within Venture LAS Group, our growing business group that builds and acquires businesses across multiple industries.
