Job DescriptionJob Title: Reliability Specialist & Maintenance Planner Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Reliability Specialist to maximize the performance and lifespan of equipment and processes. Your role will involve identifying potential failures, implementing preventative maintenance strategies, and improving overall equipment reliability to increase uptime, reduce downtime, and lower maintenance costs.
Responsibilities
- Implement advanced reliability tools and work processes to support reliability efforts for the plant.
- Focus on addressing recurrent issues impacting plant efficiency and profitability.
- Identify and manage asset reliability risks through loss elimination and Life Cycle Asset Management.
- Analyze root causes of recurring issues affecting equipment performance and plant efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and enhance throughput in the manufacturing process.
- Conduct analysis of reliability problems to determine necessary reliability tools.
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel and production teams to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend best practices to improve reliability and operational performance.
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the implementation of preventative maintenance strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in reliability analysis software.
- Experience with root cause analysis and maintenance planning.
- Ability to schedule preventative maintenance.
- Experience with SAP and reliability engineering.
- 3+ years of maintenance planning experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- PLC experience is an advantage.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
Benefits begin on day one and include medical, dental, short and long-term disability, AD&D, and life insurance (for individual, families, and domestic partners).
Employees are eligible for our matching 401(k) plan and can enroll on the first day of employment with immediate vesting.
