Job Title: Service Mechanic
Location: Ocoee, FL
Pay Range: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing a variety of heavy machinery used in construction, landscaping, wood waste recycling, and tree care operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, hydro-static, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems.
- Troubleshoot and conduct reactive and preventative maintenance on dealership equipment.
- Accurately document diagnostics and repair procedures.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Conduct hydraulic flow and pressure testing.
- Diesel engine diagnostics and repair (preferred but not required).

- Basic welding
- Diesel systems (preferred)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
- Proven experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, diesel equipment, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
- Basic welding experience is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Ocoee, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
$5,000 Sign-on-Bonus
$1,000 paid after the first day of employment, $4,000 paid after a successful 90 day performance review conducted by your manager
